For having used obscene language on the dates specified, the following persons were fined:

On the 12th inst., Isiah Gough, Joiner, New Conisborough; Arthur Ackroyd, Michael Lyons, pony drivers. New Conisborough 10s. and 135..

on the 6th inst. Mary Eden Wilson and Charlotte Harrop 12s each,

on the 11th inst.: Fred Cutler, farmer, Tickhill, 165.:

and on the 9th inst, George Taylor, labourer, Conisborough 12s.
