Obscene Language at Conisborough
Harry Sanderson, filler, New Conisborough was summoned for having used obscene language at New Conisbrough on the 15th inst.
The defendant did not appear, and Police-constable Barnett said that the defendant was creating a disturbance, and used the language complained of. When the officer asked him for his name Sanderson said he could go to a place which shall be nameless.
The witness and Police constable Kilner managed to get the defendant into his own house, but he came out again and continued the disturbance.
The defendant, who did not appear, was fined 5/- and the costs.
