Obscenity at Conisbro’

Charles Monks, glass hand, New Conisborough, was summoned for having used obscene language at Conisborough on the third inst.

The defendant appeared, and pleaded guilty in answer to the charge.

PS Brown proved the service of the summons

The defendant was fined 10 shillings including the costs.

Charles Goldspink, miner, Denaby, was also summoned for having used obscene language at Conisborough on third inst. The defendant in answer to the charge pleaded guilty.

The defendant was fined 15 shillings, including costs.
