Soldiers – Prisoners; Jackson, Jones

Private Joseph Jones (C.G.), 14 Wadworth Street Denaby has been a prisoner in Germany since April 15. He had only been in the line a fortnight. He is 19 years of age, and enlisted three years ago.

Two brothers are serving and another has been discharged. His sister Mrs Crossley, of the above address, has received a postcard from Private Jones. Before enlistment, Private Jones was employed at the Grimethorpe colliery.

Mr and Mrs Robinson have received news that their son, private Arthur Robinson (West Yorks) was wounded and captured on March 29. Private Robinson has send a postcard from Linmberg
