Property in the Market at Conisborough
On Friday several lots of property were offered for sale at the Star Inn Conisborough by Mr Sheldon of Rotherham.
Lot 1 consisted of 2 villas fronting the old road, Conisborough and building land adjoining. The bidding commenced at 400 and, and advanced slowly until £650 was reached, when it was withdrawn.
The ground rental amounting to £4 10s a year, in connection with lot one, commenced at £25 but was withdrawn on reaching £100.
Lot three, consists of nine cottages known as Mount Pleasant, and land situated in Doncaster Road Conisborough, was withdrawn at £320 stop
