Property Sale at Conisborough

A number of freehold dwelling houses, situated in Highfield and Ivanhoe Road, Conisborough, were offered for sale at the Red Lion Hotel, on Wednesday evening, by Mr T. Shearmen, auctioneer, of Doncaster.

Only one lot was sold , Mr Wilkinson, of Stairfoot, purchasing 50 and 52 Ebenezer villas, Highfield Road, Gross annal rental of £36 8s for £340;

The second lot, of similar character, and in the same Road, was withdrawn at £250. For four houses on Ivanhoe Road no offers were made, Mr Frank Allen, Doncaster, was a solicitor for the vendor’s.
