Proposed Baths
Another stage has been reached in the baths scheme, and on Wednesday evening the Conisborough Parish Council and Baths Committee met and adopted the plan.
The actual swimming bath is to be 105 feet long by 30 feet broad, and there are to be numerous slipper baths.
The Parish Council have written to the local government Board for permission to borrow the necessary capital.
A public enquiry shortly to be held, and several local contractors are keen on obtaining the work.
