Refusing To Quit At Conisbro’

Herbert Pears, a miner, of Denaby. was summoned for being disorderly and refusing to quit Station Inn, Conisbro’, on the 16th June.

Frederick Lowe stated that on the date in question the defendant came into the public-house and began using bad language.

He ordered him out several times, but he refused to go; he went out and commenced making a disturbance outside. The police ordered him away.

Defendant’s mother appeared.

Defendant was fined 5s and 12s, costs
