Respirators for Babies
Several Hundred mothers attending the Conisborough Child Welfare Centre were given instructions at the Welfare pavilion yesterday morning in the use of the anti-gas helmet for babies under three years of age.
Nurses Witcherley and Ford demonstrated with two respirators and two large dolls.
Instructions were given to twelve mothers at a time.
Similar lectures will be held until further notice on Tuesday and Thursdays in the Welfare pavilion and on Wednesdays and Fridays at the Baths Hall, Denaby.
