R.A.F. Seaman Missing

Mrs. E. Goodwin, 14, Lewes Road, Conisbrough, has his week been informed by the Admiralty that her brother, O/s. Arthur (Bob ) Marklew (19), is missing while on war service.

He has been in the Navy for 18 months and went out to Singapore last year.

Before coming to Conisbrough he lived at Thurnscoe, and was a member of the Thurnscoe Boy Scout movement.
