Serious Trap Accident.

As Mr. Needham, of Conisboro’, formerly a jeweller at Rotherham, was driving past Hill Top, on Thursday night last, he was thrown out of the trap in consequence of the horse becoming restive.

He was found lying in the hedge bottom by a gamekeeper who was passing, and who knew him. Mr. Needham had been badly cut about the head and face, and his spine is thought to be injured. He was unconscious for some time.

As speedily as possible he was carried home, and Dr. Hills was sent for. He is progressing as well as can be expected. The horse stopped on reaching the stables, a short distance away.
