Shocking Accident to a Mexbro’ Miner.

Yesterday, Robert Good, aged 41, married, living at Mexbro’ was seriously injured whilst working in the Denaby Main Colliery. A fall of coal occurred in his working place, covering Good, whose skull was badly fractured, in addition to one leg being broken. He was promptly taken to the Cottage Hospital at Mexbro’ and attended by the doctor and nurse.

The injuries are so grave, however, that the man’s life is despaired of.
