Mrs. I. Crossland, 29, Adwick Street, Denaby Main, has been notified that her husband, Gunner Irving Crossland, who was serving with the Royal Artillery in the Middle East is a prisoner of war.
Gunner Crossland, who was a Territorial, was called up at the outbreak of war and has been overseas for a year.
