Soldier’s Death
News was received last week by Mrs. Cuttell, of Denaby, that her youngest son, Alfred Cuttell has died of wounds in the Middle East.
Alfred who was formerly employed at Cadeby Main Colliery, joined the Forces at the outbreak war and had in the Middle East for 16 months.
His sister, Mrs. Laura Jenes, of 44 , Edlington Street. Denaby Main, received an airgraph letter from him the day before news of his death was received.
Mrs. Cuttell has a son in the Far East.
