Message From Rome.
Mrs. Hirst, of Station Villas, Conisbrough, has received news that her son. Spr. W. O. Hirst, is safe and well, though a prisoner in Italian hands.
She has been informed that a message from Spr. Hirst was broadcast on Oct. 28th last from Rome Radio.
It stated: “Dear Mother, Am well. Love to all, Bill.
