Killed In Action

Ronald McGrath, son of R.S.M. W. McGrath and Mrs. McGrath, of 45, Daylands Avenue, Conisbrough. has been killed in action in France.

He had been in the Army for 18 months and had been transferred from the R.AO.C. to the infantry.

Mrs, McGrath has received an official letter stating that he was killed on June 25th and was buried by a Roman Catholic priest, and has also had a letter from his Major.

His father, who is serving in Italy, will have completed 23 years’ service on Saturday, and a brother, Harry, is serving in France,
