Missing
Mrs and Mrs. J. Peters, of 12 Halifax Avenue, Conanby, have been notified by the War Office that their son, Driver L. Peters, B.A. has been missing since Jan. 28th.
Mr. and Mrs Peters understand that Leslie was with the Middle East Forces, and as recently as Saturday last they received a cable from him, saying “All well and Safe.”
Leslie is 22 years of age, and before the outbreak of hostilities he was in the Territorials but on the outbreak of war he was transferred to the Royal Artillery.
He was employed at Cadeby Colliery. His father and brother are both employed at the collieries.

Conisbrough Missing Man Located.
Mr. and Mrs. J. Peters, of 12, Halifax Avenue, Conanby, have received an intimation from the Office that their son, Gnr. Leslie Peters, who, as stated in our last issue,has been missing since Jan 28th, has been located and a further communication is eagerly awaited.
