Mentioned In Dispatches

Mr. and Mrs. J. Randall, of 29 Elm Green Lane, Conisbrough, have been informed that their youngest son, Leading Telegraphist Thomas Randall, has been mentioned in dispatches for bravery, skill and seamanship on the way to Tobruk while serving in one of H.M. ships.

On leaving Morley Place School L/T. Randall chose the Navy as a career and has seven years’ service to his credit, and has figured in the evacuations from Dunkirk, Crete and in North African exploits.

He is at present serving with Coastal Command forces.
