Missing
Mrs. Roberts, Hunter’s House, Wellgate, Conisbrough, has received notification that her youngest son, Driver David Roberts, 11. E., has been missing in the Middle East since June 20th.
David has been in most of the fighting since war broke out. He was in the Doncaster Battalion of the Royal Engineers before the war began and was called for service at the commencement.
He was in the evacuation from Dunkirk and has been with the Middle East Forces for 18 months.
