Bdr. Thomas Henry Sewell (28),of 52, Braithwell Street. Denaby Main is a prisoner of war in Germany, having been captured during the evacuation from Dunkirk.
He joined the Army in 1934 and after serving for three years was placed on the reserve list, being called up at the outbreak of war. He was formerly a miner at Cadeby Colliery.
Sewell says he is quite well and happy.
