Mrs. R. King, of 11, Bolton Street, has two daughters in the A.T.S.
Hilda, the elder, an officers’ cook, and Violet is a pay clerk.They are old pupils of Mexborough Secondary School and have two brothers at the school now. All won County scholarships.
Hilda is married now, having married a soldier.
Their father is in the Home Guard.
