Alleged Kicking of Linesman at Denaby.

  1. Peters, Denaby spectator, was “warned off” the Denaby ground for the remainder of the season for tne alleged kicking of a linesman after the game with Bradford City Reserves.

Denaby Spectator to Appeal.

Mr. T. Peters, of Denaby asks the Sheffield Daily Telegraph to state that he intends appeal against the decision of the Offences Committee of the Sheffield and Hallamshire F.A., warning him off the Denaby United football ground for the remainder of the season for the alleged kicking of a linesman, following the Denaby v. Bradford City Reserves match. Yo

Denaby Spectator Appeals in Vain.

Business was of short duration at tho monthly meeting of the Council of the Sheffield and Hallamshire F.A., held last night, Mr. H. B. Willey presiding in the absence Sir Charles Clegg.

A letter was read from T. Peters, a supporter of Denaby Club, appealing against the decision of the Competition Committee, held last Thursday, which debarred Peters from the Denaby ground for the rest of the season. No action was taken.
