Conisboro’ Spitfire Fund Progresses
Nazi Fighter Brings In £58
Over £58 was raised in small amounts from the Messerschmitt fighter shown at Conisborough recently, for the Conisborough and Denaby Spitfire Fund.
The Fund continues to make excellent progress and with the results of several efforts still to come in the £1,000 mark should be reached without difficulty. The Fund was to have closed on December 31st, 1940, but will remain open for the inclusion of the results of such efforts as are still outstanding.
