Strawbridge Memorial Window.
This is the window which has been erected in Conisborough Parish Church, and is to be unveiled next Tuesday evening by the Bishop of Sheffield.
It is a memorial to the late Rev. W. A. Strawbridge, for many years vicar of Conisborough, who died two years ago.
The figures, David and Solomon, builders of the Temple, are an illusion to the work of Mr. Strawbridge in restoring and beautifying the parish church of Conisborough. The window – erected by public subscription—is the work of Messrs. Powell & Sons, and has cost £150.
