Straying Horses at Conisboro’

Geerge Wagstaff, a carter of Conisboro, was summoned for allowing six horses to stray on the highway at at Conisboro’ on the 25th May.

P.-c.. Duffin stated that at 8-30 p.m on the previous evening, he was on duty in Low Road, Conisboro’, where he found six horses straying on the highway.

He watched them for some time.

The defendant’s wife appeared, and defendant was fined 8s. and the coats, 4s.
