Street Row at Denaby.
When Annie E. Bird, married woman, and George Wilkes, miner, of Denaby, appeared at the Doncaster West Riding Police Court on Tuesday, charged with having used violent and abusive language, P.-c. Rider said that they had attracted a crowd of 300 in Adwick Street, Denaby.
Mrs. Bird, said the constable, was complaining that Wilkes was trying to persuade her daughter away. She was threatening to thrash Wilkes and he was also threatening.
Mrs. Bird was fined 9 shillings and Wilkes, who have previous convictions 15 shillings
