Success of a Denaby Main Teacher
Mr. F. T. Henwood, certificated assistant master at the Denaby Main Colliery School, has been appointed head-master of the Huston National School, near York, under the North Riding County Council.
Mr. Henwood has been at Denaby for the past five years. He is well-known in Mexboro’ as a capable vocalist, and has many times appeared in public, his deep bass voice being always well appreciated.
He has also been a member of the Orpheus Society and the Mexboro’ Parish Church choir.
