Sudden Death at Conisborough
We regret to record the death of Miss Burniston, only daughter of Mr. Andrew Burniston, traction engine proprietor, of Conisborough.
The deceased, who was in her 20th year, last night week attended Thorne Parochial tea, and in company with Miss Acaster rendered a pianoforte duet. Miss Burniston returned home on Friday, and attended Doncaster Market, as usual, on Saturday.
On Sunday the deceased lady did not feel quite so well as usual, and occupied most of Sunday by resting, but was a little better on the Monday.
Early on Tuesday morning the deceased was suddenly taken seriously ill. Dr. McCall promptly attended, and it was found that serious symptoms had set in, and little hopes from the very first were entertained of her recovery.
Death occurred on Wednesday.
