The Firework Nuisance
Edward Casterton, schoolboy, New Conisborough, was charged with throwing fireworks on the highway at Conisborough on October 30.
PC Evans proved the case, and the defendant, who pleaded guilty was fined five shillings and costs.
Richard Bates and John Waring, pony drivers,New Conisborough were charged with throwing fireworks on the highway at Conisborough on November 6.
Sgt Brown said he saw the defendants on Doncaster Road in new Denaby. They were letting off crackers, and as there was a good deal of traffic about they ran a considerable risk.
Defendant, who did not appear were each fined five shillings and costs.
