Twenty Shillings In The Pound And Interest.

In the Sheffield Bankruptcy Court on Thursday morning, before His Honour, Judge Waddy, an application was made by Mr. C. Robinson for the discharge of Annie Dickinson, widow, who had been a bankrupt.

The Officials Receiver Mr. J. C. Clegg) presented his report, which stated that Mrs. Dickinson’s estate showed a surplus of £1,251 5s. 11d., and that a dividend of 20s. in the £. had been paid, together with interest at 4 per cent, and the costs.

His Honour observing that Mrs. Robinson was ‘on velvet’ at once granted the discharge.
