A Warning to Mushroom and Blackberry Gatherers

On Saturday, at the Doncaster Police Court, David Heywood, collier, Conisbro’, was ordered to pay 10s. costs, for doing damage to a grass field in the occupation of the Denaby Main Colliery Company, whilst in search of mushrooms; and Wm. Chafer, painter, of Wheatley, for trespassing on the Cusworth Hall estate for blackberries, was ordered to pay 6d. damage and 10s. 6d. costs,
