Andrew Clapperton, engine driver, residing at Conisborugh was summoned for driving a traction engine on Doncaster Road, Conisborough, on the 12th inst., between the hours of sunset and midnight.
Defendant did not appear.
The service of the summons was formally proved, and a warrant was issued for his apprehension.
