The wedding took place at Denaby Parish Church on Saturday, of Mr. Harry Woodward, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Woodward, 115, Annerley Street. Denaby Main, and Miss Violet Keywood, only daughter of Mr. and Mr Keywood, 10, Thrybergh Terrace, Denaby Main. The bride wore a gown of satin beaute and organdie lace over silk with cluster of gardenias and veil, and carried pink roses. She was given away by her father and attended by Misses Dorothy Smith, Kathleen Westwood, Beryl Fox, Iris Scott, Ira Weldon and Beryl Colcroft.

Best man was Mr. J. Keywood and groomsman Mr. W. Woodward. The bride received a boudoir clock and fruit servers and spoons from her colleagues at Messrs. Crompton and Parkinson, where she is employed.
