On Saturday the wedding took place at Denaby Pariah Church of Miss Hilda Salmons, the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Salmons; of 71, Annerley Street. Denaby Main, and Gunner Joseph Baynham, only son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Baynham. late of Portsmouth, and of 82 Annerley Street. Denaby Main.

Given away by her father the bride was attired in a dress of white satin with over dress of angel lace, and wore a veil and head-dress of orange blossom and had a bouquet of cream roses.

In attendance were Miss S. A. Henshaw In a green floral dress, Misses D. Salmons and G. Ashby in blue satin, Misses C. Worseley and H. Jackson in old gold satin with toning headdresses and bouquets , of sweet peas and tulips.

The small maids were Violet and Hazel Cole In green organdie and Minnie and Joan Cole in pink organdie, and they had hats to match and carried muffs.

Mr. Roy Salmons was best man and Mr .J Duffty, groomsman.
