News of Missing Soldiers
Mrs levers, of 98 Annerley Street, Denaby Main, now informs us that her brother-in-law, private J Westwood (19), who was reported missing a few weeks ago, has been officially reported to be a prisoner of war.
Private Westwood joined the forces last year and was attached to the West Yorkshire Regiment.
Mrs Milner, of 66 Ravenfield Street, and Mrs Dunn of 65 Annerley Street,have both received communication from Germany within the last few days, the former from her son (Private K.T.Milner) and the latter from her husband (private M Dunn).
Both were in the A.M.P.C.and have been taken prisoners.
