Wilful Damage at Denaby

Arthur Cockayne, Michael Dalton, Elijah Toft, John Beardsley and James Caine, use, were each mulcted in a penalty of 15s 6d, including costs, for having wrongfully damaged mowing grass, on 8 July.

The prosecutor, Mr William Henry Hawkins, farmer, of Denaby, said he had suffered considerable loss through people trespassing on his land.
