Wilful Damage to a Fence.
At the West Riding Police Court on .Saturday Alfred Willings, pony driver, Denaby, and Joseph Elvidge were summoned for doing wilful damage to a fence at Conisborough on the 2nd September.
Mr. Hall appeared for the Denaby Main Colliery Company, and said defendants were in a field, and drove the cattle out of this field into turnip field, thereby breaking the fence.
Ordered to pay 2s. damages, and 14s. fine and costs
