Sapper M.G.W. Warrington, 17 Ivanhoe Terrace, has been wounded in France, and is at present in hospital in Bascombe, Bournemouth.
He has had his right leg amputated above the knee.
Before enlistment was employed at the Yorkshire main colliery.
He was gassed in may 1917, and was wounded on April 27, 1918.
