Presentation to a Hero

Mr W. Wright of Denaby, who has been awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal and the Military Medal, was on Tuesday night made the recipient of a gold watch, which had been subscribed for locally.

Mr F. Ogley made the presentation, at the Denaby Main Hotel

Afterwards a concert was held. Mr Wright has now been permanently discharged from the Army.
