Youth Rally

At the Balby Street School on Saturday, another rally was held in connection with the Youth Movement of Conisborough and Denaby.

The endeavour of the people in charge is to make the clubs as interesting as possible, and the programmes are varied.  The movement is as yet in its infancy, but it is hoped that more will come forward and take the advantages offered to them.

Mr. Proctor (chairman) made a further appeal on Saturday for more enthusiasm in the weekly programmes.  It is hope that in the course of time the young people will take control of the various efforts arranged, and form part of the committee in charge of events.

Music for the dancing was played by the Harmony Boys, and Mr. R. J. Whitlam was the M.C. Games and competitions were arranged.
