The courts hear numerous cases of breach of colliery rules; theft of shirts, a bed quilt and bed sheets off a clothes line; a burglar who left his boots on the sofa; a man who robbed his own gas meter; and the son who stole his families jewellery
United scores seven against Castleford, five against Worksop town and beat Rotherham Town 5-1 in a Cup semi-final
