Sailor Missing.

Mr and Mrs Box, 15, Warmsworth Street, Denaby Main, on Monday. heard from Mrs E.Box of Bradford, that she had received the news that their son Able Seaman Ernest Box, was reported missing and presumed dead.

Able Seaman E Box had seen seven years service in the Navy, and was last home on leave in September, when he was married. He served two years in HMS Courageous, and had lately been in another ship.
