Conisborough C.C. Plans
Conisborough Cricket Club have decided to run one team in the Doncaster League (Second Division) this season, and the question of running a second team for friendly games has been left to the discretion of Mr. W. Thompson, the secretary.
This decision was reached at a meeting of the club on Monday.
It was also decided to enter a team in the new Doncaster League knock-out competition.
Mr. Thompson was elected captain of the senior team and Mr. H. Humphries vice-captain.
Mr. A. Mawson will be in charge of the second team and Mr. H. Ellis vice-captain.
