Denaby & Cadeby were in fine fettle for their away match with Frickley.

The brothers Robinson batted with the old freedom, Luther giving a delightful display for 70 not out, while Arthur was seen at his best in putting together 57.

Widdowson also batted well, and Denaby declared at 213 for7 wickets down, but the rain came and they were robbed of victory, the match being abandoned before the first Frickley pair were seperated. 1919 Denaby v Frickley.
