News after Ten Weeks

Mrs. Dunn of 65, Annerley Street, Denaby Main, has now been notified by the War Office that her husband, Private Maurice Dunn, is a prisoner of war.

Private Dunn joined the auxiliary Pioneer Corps early this year and was later despatched to France. Mrs Dunn had received no news of him for over ten weeks until the communication of Monday this week.

P rivate Dunn was employed underground at Cadeby Colliery before enlistment. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Dunn of 10, Cliff View, Denaby Main
