Gunner Henry Till, 49 Barnburgh Street, Denaby Main, writes home from “somewhere overseas.” to say that is quite well, and on the whole “not doing too badly.”
He expects that they will shortly be very busy, but in the meantime he says, “write to me soon and remember me to my mates.”
Gunner Till worked on the screens at the Denaby colliery.
