Mr T. Harrop having read received instruction from the trustees of the late Mr B Houldsworth, of the Castle Inn, Conisborough, will sell by auction on Monday and Tuesday, July 11 and 12th 1881. The whole of the household furniture, public house fittings and fixtures, together with a large quantity of Building Material, light and heavy Carts, harness, etc; also useful Pony and a quantity of Fowls viz:

The furniture, public house fittings, and fowls will be sold on Monday. The building material, carts, horse, bones and tillage on Tuesday
Purchasers of fixtures was making good any damage incurred by removal of same. No lot to be removed until paid for.
The whole will be sold, without the slightest reserve. Sale to commence at 11 each day.
