School Board Election Result
The parishioners have been so full of the feast that this School Board election has been a thing of but secondary importance.
The only persons nominated were: Miss A.E.Cudworth, Messrs R.Hills, G.Walker, J.Wigfall, C.Kilner, and E.Greaves, and as Miss Cudworth has withdrawn, the five gentleman constitute the new Board, and the parish is spared the cost of a contested election.
The new Board would do well to consult the parents as to the continuation of the Government sewing system, which has from the first being very unpopular with the parents.
