Westfalite Union present Charity Cheques

Mr J. Wiles, secretary of the Westfalite Factory branch of the Transport and General Workers union , presents £100 cheques to charity organisations at the Reresby Arms, Denaby. Recipients were councillor A.E.Tyas ( for the “Freedom from Hunger” Campaign ), Mr N.H.Bellingham (for Cancer, research), Mr F Watson (for Manner House Hospital ) , Mr E.Hayhurst (for the T.G.W.Union Convalescent Homes ) and Mr W Owen (Workers Education Association , will receive £20)
